Greetings from Hacienda - Mexican food is fun, hot, spicy and popular around the world, and at present there is an opportunity in the Jakarta marketplace for a good up-market Mexican Restaurant serving up south of the border favorites, margaritas, signature tequila cocktails and Mexican beers. Our Mexican Restaurant concept will be located in Plaza Senayan Arcadia � in the 191 square meters ex- Red Square Unit X-105 space.The upscale restaurant concept will offer guests an array of freshly prepared Mexican dishes using the freshest ingredients. Our goal is to offer a fiesta for the senses where every experience is fresh, fun-filled and full of flavors coupled with friendly, outgoing and attentive service.Our menu will feature Soft or Crispy Tacos, Crispy Nachos, Quesadillas, Sizzling Fajitas, Enchiladas, Soft or Chimis-Fried Burritos and main courses that include Shrimp, Snapper, Steaks, and Chicken. Our appetizers feature Shrimp Ceviche, Baked Stuffed Clams, Chips and Fresh Salsa; Guacamole prepared tableside, Chimichangitas, Jalapeno Poppers, and a variety of Mexican soups, salads and desserts.We will offer a wide selection of Hand Shaken, Frozen, Fruit and Premium Margaritas, imported tequilas, and both Mexican and local beers for guests to enjoy during a meal. Signature Mexican Cocktails will include the Desperado Ice Tea, Cuba Libre, Mojodito, Bloody Maria, Green Lizard and several kinds of Margaritas!The interior of Hacienda implies a combination of attractive elements in the traditional Spanish influence. This represents a challenge for the designer to embody all of the best elements of the Spanish design and at the same time create an ambiance where guests can enjoy a good meal.Hacienda takes you on a tour of the gracious, elegant and authentic interior of Mexico. The journey begins with the use of distressed brick face, contrasting colors and a heavy old antiqued wooden door as the shop front. As Mexican design always enjoys a unique relationship with color, we chose an orange-sun color to create a warm interior ambience. Distressed wood, metal carvings and unique mosaic tiles are used to enhance the great Spanish themed interior.Overall, the look is definitely upscale and suitable for serious dining, but will include enough unique elements through clever uses of materials and �found-art� to surprise the guest.The Mexican Restaurant concept will improve and enhance the dining choices available in Plaza Senayan Arcadia.
