Brand New Beachfront Chill Out Bar / Restaurant at the Legendary Kuta Beach

Oceans27 introduces a beach dining and lounging culture that you have been waiting to experience; divine atmosphere, delectable food and drinks in sync with legendary atmosphere of Kuta Beach.

Designed by Jonathan Lip, Oceans27 is the perfect venue for a romantic night out, formal or informal gatherings, events and product launches. Built with facilities such as catwalk runway for product launches, new lines of clothing and 2 possible staging areas for album releases, live music etc.

The menu that has been created to be lusciously tantalizing and definitely will tickle your taste buds. Using both local organic and imported ingredients, the dishes will definitely be almost orgasmic. With capacity of 400 guests, it is the perfect setting for an evening night out with your loved one or close friends.

The menu consists of All Day Dining, Small Plates, Big Plates and Sweet Endings.

All Day Dining Menu is designed to whet your appetite with dishes such as Salmon De Brick; tom yam spiced tasmanian salmon in brick pastry, and Crispy Cheese Parcel; deep fried wonton filled with feta and mozzarella cheese served with mango chutney and mint yogurt.

Small Plates Menu is a collection of appetizers concocted to start your dining experience at Oceans27. With dishes such as Seared Foie Gras; duck liver from France seared and garnished with toasted brioche, glazed unagi, fresh avocado smeared with teriyaki reduction, and Beef Carpaccio; thin slices of beef imported from Australia marinated with mustard, salt and pepper served with crispy parmesan cheese, rucola leaves and truffle oil.

Big Plates Menu will further allow you to savor the culinary delights of Oceans27 with dishes such as Veal Cheek Spaghetti; cheek of veal which has been slowly stewed then cooked with spaghetti, petite pois, home dried tomatoes and mushrooms with a dash of cream and braising liquid, and Baby Pork Ribs; boneless pork ribs stewed with asian spices then grilled and served glazed with oriental seasoning and home fries.

Sweet Endings Menu will complete your dining experience with dishes such as Passion Fruit Parfait; passion fruit mousse topped with passion fruit jelly and served with gourmet vanilla ice cream, and Rhubarb Crumble; stewed rhubarb with freshly whipped cream and topped with almond biscuit and served with gourmet vanilla ice cream.

Not forgetting resident multiple award winning bar maestro duo, Kenni Koh and Huzaini from Singapore, will be dishing out exquisite and potent cocktails. With a total of 30 years of hospitality experience combined, the duo were responsible for numerous large scale indoor and outdoor parties such as NYE which attracted 18000 clubbers, Essential, InnerGroove which featured Incognito and James Tayor Quartet, MTV Awards press conference and also for the iconic status of numerous clubs and bars across Asia.

Hence, you will be spoiled for choice from our selection of wines and champagnes from all over the world, imported beers, international cocktails, mocktails and specially engineered house cocktails such as Summer Breeze Mojito; a beach inspired cocktail comprising of Bacardi White Rum, lychee and peach liquer, lychee and strawberry fruits, cranberry juice, brown sugar, mint leaves and a splash of soda and Frozen Space Cookies; a blended potent milkshake with Absolut vodka, butterscotch schnapps, Bailey’s Irish cream, chocolate syrup, fresh milk, and oreo cookies.

During the day, Oceans27 will be the perfect venue in Kuta Beach to get yourself tan on our king sized day beds or immerse yourself in our 12 by 5 metres size Jacuzzi pool. Pamper yourself with our selection of Tapas from our All Day Dining Menu and drinks from our Oceans27 Specialty list of cocktails.

Be prepared for our daily chill out sessions, music mixed at our Lifeguard Tower by Oceans27 Resident Djs, while Mother Nature paints the sky orange.
