Fine dining at Orleans Bistro offers a blend of authentic New Orleans Creole Cuisine with Indonesian spices and flare. It's more than Cajun food, more than French Cuisine, a totally new way of blending cultures into a rich flavorful dining experience. The restaurant, with Indonesian art and decor, relaxing ambience and wooden furniture is an ideal setting for business meetings, private party or family gatherings. The formal dining area seats 22 with the lounge seating 40. Michael J Orgeron, one of the owners and a food consultant, is the man behind Orleans Bistro. He has brought his 15 years of experience in various culinary and photography industries. Michael, along with his Indonesian Executive Chef and Sous Chef work diligently to ensure consistency in preparation of his exclusive creations. Recommended dishes include Creole Sampler, Gumbo Chicken, Shrimp Mango Bisque, Jambalaya, Shrimp Etouffe'e, Chicken Roulade with Vegetable Stuffing, and Crispy Salmon with white wine sauce. In addition to its outstanding menu selections, Orleans Bistro offers a fine variety of premium liquors, wines, and champagnes. Orleans Bistro opens from Monday to Saturday, 10.00 am – 5.00 pm for Coffee Shop, Lunch 12.00 – 3.00 pm, Dinner 6.00 – 10.00 pm and Lounge 5.00 pm-12.00 pm.
